I’ve placed the order and successfully received the parcel but the parcel was one size smaller according to me then i’ve claimed the exchange and they get the clogs returned and send another pair but the delivery boy said the parcel is on COD you have to pay 679.10 and there is clearly written on parcel COD
and then i said to delivery boy to cancel the order and he cancelled but I didn’t get my money back…they scammed me for 679.10 rupees

Wanted a smallee size with different colours, no one helped they hang up the phone saying person in charge is not there , they don't reply in WhatsApp

It's been 14 days i have not received my product yet??
