Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY
We have a 7-day Return or Exchange Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery,
unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return
a) The product must be in:
• Unused and the same condition as you received it
• The original packaging.
b) A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:
• If the product is returned after seven days
• If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging
Exclusive Sale
• Any orders placed during our Sale period will not be eligible for returns
• In case of a size issue, defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you
in exchange for the orders placed during the sale.
• Exchange is subject to size availability
Note - We do not issue refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, typically ranging from 75 to 100 Rs., in case you decide to return a product.

You will receive a confirmation as soon as the Product is received, and your payment will be processed within seven business days of receipt of the returned package.
